The History of KASTFILMS.
Kastfilms was created in 2004 by Timothy Michael Halberstam in Millers, MD as a fun hobby in the art of film.
Soon to join was Tim's Brother Jacob Ygor Halberstam who took the role of Kastfilms Vice President.
With Jake came his new friends Dave Bentley, Nik Shizas, Ben Mcdermott, and Tj Boone.
Originally created for fun and leisure, Kastfilms Soon become a Homegrown Business and a life-long dream for Tim.
cranking out such short films as "Mara and Juana", "Time Machine", and "The House", and with the help of Youtube, Kastfilms became a favorite of 200 people in a short while, and they keep subscribing to this day.
Although the films on Youtube were good, Tim could never post his favorite and most groundbreaking film, a stunt film by the name of DOUCHES- which stands for DUMB OUT-OF-CONTROL UNAUTHORIZED CRAZED HELLIONS EXTREME STUPIDITY.
It was too crude for Youtube and any other site for that matter and must be ordered by contacting Tim himself at T.halberstam@yahoo.com.
Kastfilms shut down for a short while after DOUCHES was made because a few people had other things going on.
Finally in 2008, Kastfilms was reborn and the filming for DOUCHES The Movie began.
as well as new cast members, Dema Halberstam, Jake Vandermeulen, Craig Campbell, Brandon Cutler, Ryan Brown, Anthony Brown, and many more.
DOUCHES The Movie is Still in Progress and so are Kastfilm's two Motion Picture Creations- GRINDHOUSE action film "Senior Week", and a Documentary about Jake's Struggles "Armless and Homeless in Arizona".
